Geometry set up and Motorsport
On a crisp November morning, the Westcountry Porsche Drivers Club gathered for an exciting event hosted by Williams Crawford, the Southwest’s largest independent Porsche specialist and recently new proud member of the Porsche Partner Network.
Two groups set off to the event, with Nick Jones leading from Exeter and Martin Josey guiding another convoy from Bodmin. After a scenic drive through the beautiful Westcountry and the obligatory photo stops, both groups arrived at Williams Crawford’s impressive facility to be greeted with coffee, pastries, and warm hospitality.
The event was very well attended by the club with over 30 cars in attendance.
The day split into two engaging sessions. Adrian Crawford delivered a captivating presentation on wheel alignment, suspension setups, and geometry—highlighting the importance of precision in driving performance. Simultaneously, Richard Williams led a fascinating tour of the motorsports department, offering insights into their historic cars, previous events, and ambitious plans for the future.

Special thanks to Williams Crawford for hosting this memorable event and for their continued support of the Porsche community. Their professionalism and expertise make them an invaluable partner for enthusiasts across the Southwest.
